TRICKS FOR KANAFEH BAKING

Product must be stored in the freezer at -18 ° c. The thawed product should not be frozen again.

The product should only be removed from the freezer immediately before cooking.

If the Kanafeh baking plate is to be used for the first time, it should be heated and cooled 1-2 times in the oven.

The greasy surface facing the logo portion of the packaging should come under the plate. There is also no need for greasing.

The oven to be used in cooking should be preheated to 250°c – 300°c. If the stone oven is to be used, baking should be done at this temperature.

Unheated oven, hot plate or thawed kanafeh may cause sticking.For ideal cooking, the oven should hot, plate at room temperature and kanafeh frozen.
